Welder/Fabricator - Medway - Workshop based role

Permanent PAYE or Self employed - your choice!

Up to £19.00 per hour | 7am-5pm Monday - Friday | Overtime Available

We're working with a long-established, down-to-earth engineering business based in Medway, known for stability, quality craftsmanship, and a team that genuinely looks out for each other.

They're looking for experienced Welder/Fabricators to join their onsite workshop, producing high-quality, bespoke metalwork for a range of industrial and architectural projects.

What's on offer
  • Competitive pay - up to £19.00 per hour (DOE)
  • Day shifts: 7am-5pm, Monday to Friday

The role
  • MIG & TIG welding on a range of metals
  • Fabrication and assembly of architectural metalwork, structural steel, balustrades, and balcony systems
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Cutting, bending, and shaping metal components to precise measurements
  • Working to high-quality standards with a focus on safety and accuracy
About you
  • Proven welding and fabrication experience
  • Skilled in architectural metalwork and structural steel fabrication
  • Experience working on balustrade and balcony projects
  • Ability to work from engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft
