Due to securing a contract with one of the countries leading transport providers, we have a number of roles we are looking to fill.

We are looking to recruit experienced Welder/Fabricators to work at our Glasgow depot, these will be Full time roles, and as well as continuous work, we can offer an immediate start.

The job will involve;

• Performing MIG and TIG welding and fabrication tasks on various materials including Aluminium
• Delivering high-quality welding and fabrication work in line with instructions from Supervisors and the Production Manager
• Complying with all Health & Safety regulations and internal policies, including proper use of PPE
• Interpreting drawings and taking precise measurements
• Operate hand tools, power tools and machinery, i.e. bandsaws/ metalworker for cutting, grinding, and shaping metal
• Fabricate components from sheet metal according to technical drawings
• Skills:
• – Proficient in welding techniques, particularly MIG welding
• – Strong mechanical knowledge to assemble fabricated parts accurately
• – Ability to perform basic maths calculations for measurements
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
