We are seeking a Welcome Host (Colleague Support Host) to ensure a positive visitor experience and uphold service excellence at this prestigious bank.

The role involves providing top-tier client care and personal service to all stakeholders, including reception duties, welcome services, hosting, and answering queries related to the office space.

Details:

  • Shifts: 40 hours/week, between 7am-5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £26,500 per annum
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive, flexible attitude. Ability to engage with others, create rapport, and handle multiple requests simultaneously is essential. Previous experience in customer service or front-of-house roles is required.
