Wage / Salary : £17.20 Weekdays | £19.20 Weekends | £12.21 Nights | Gross per Hour.

Driver Essential : Yes, WAV for use on duty

Essential : Excellent childcare and SEN experience. Confident with manual handling. Available for long shifts on a rota basis. This role is open to

About the Client

Fabulous Elsa is 7 years old, she is a busy bee, a thrill‑seeker, who loves going to theme parks, and trips out. Elsa is pre‑verbal and uses AAC and Makaton to support her communication, she is a very bright girl who loves school. Elsa has Cerebral Palsy, and uses a walker to support her mobility, and a wheelchair. She is an extremely determined little girl, strong‑willed and as bright as a button – her family and team of SEN Nannies facilitate and enable Elsa to reach her full potential.

The Role at a Glance

Elsa is a bright, engaging young girl who enjoys exploring new hobbies and interests. This is a typical SEN Nanny role that involves planning activities, playing games, supporting Elsa to access the community and maintain her friendships, promoting her independence, facilitating her learning, assisting her to engage with the world around her, implementing therapy programmes, and supporting all aspects of self‑care and self‑help skills. Elsa’s family home is fully adapted to meet all her needs, including ceiling track hoists, with all manual handling carried out on a 1 : 1 basis. She has a dedicated team of three members who work collaboratively with each other, her family, and healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high‑quality care. We are now recruiting for weekend hours, offering a 24 hour shift pattern including sleep in night care of 8pm Friday–8pm Saturday, 8am Saturday–8am Sunday, or 8am Sunday–9 : 30am Monday; applicants must be able to commit to weekend work.

A fun loving, positive, energetic and proactive SEN Nanny with a real passion for development and play. You will come to this role with excellent SEN and childcare experience, be creative and available to work weekends on a weekly basis.
