Job description

As a Weekend Sales Assistant, we want you to be:

• available to work both Saturday and Sunday
• confident and approachable

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service, prioritising customers and providing a great shopping experience.
• Share your knowledge about our product range and offer helpful advice to customers.
• Actively participate in demonstrating products and occasional character visit days.
• Process sales transactions accurately, securely and efficiently through the till points.
• Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.
• Ensure the store operates smoothly during your shifts, including handling opening and closing duties as required.
• Be flexible with start and finish times, and may be asked to work extra hours especially during Christmas and school holidays.

Weekends are our busiest time, so we need to deliver a great experience to our customers. We offer a 10‑hour contract, working 4‑hour shifts on Saturday and 6‑hour shifts on Sunday with flexibility around store trading hours.
