Overview

Job Title: Production Operative. Our client, based in Salford, is looking to recruit an experienced Production Operative. They offer a first class working environment and the opportunity to work in the Manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of production machinery and assembly of customer products. Candidate must be Health/Safety aware and conform to all H/S Procedures, be able to follow Instructions and ideally come from a manufacturing background.
• Mixing Powders
• Pressing Powders
• Operation of Sintering Furnaces and Ovens
• Brass and Paint Spraying
• Product Testing and Recording
• Assembly of Components and Discs to Finished Products

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years\' experience
• Experience with standard operating procedures in a Manufacturing environment

Hours & Pay

Hours of work: Friday/Saturday/Sunday nights 19:00 - 07:00 with 30 minute unpaid lunch break. Paid 34.5 hours. Salary Range: £30,000 - £31,2000 pa - Dependant on skills and experience.
