Job summary

A nonprofit-focused tech organization is seeking a senior freelance web developer based in or close to the UK timezone. The ideal candidate will create exceptional WordPress websites tailored for NGO clients, ensuring optimal performance, security, and maintainability. A portfolio of over 10 WordPress sites is required, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience building corporate WordPress sites.
• Ability to create sites that are easy to manage for non-techy clients.
• Strong design skills with an understanding of color palettes and content hierarchy.

• Ability to create websites from scratch (without a theme)
• Structure sites so they are easy to hand over to non-techy clients
• Secure and maintain sites so they load optimally
• Provide analytics insight
• Develop plugins as necessary

Qualifications
