Our London team is expanding its coverage of Private Equity professionals, a key client segment with complex and evolving financial needs.

Your key responsibilities
  • Working alongside the existing team to originate new clients from within the private equity ecosystem, leveraging your existing network and creating internal relationships with the relevant financial sponsors coverage teams in the Corporate and Investment Bank.
  • Lead client relationships with PE professionals, delivering tailored wealth management solutions across investments and lending.
  • Delivering our fund finance proposition to financial sponsors.
  • Deliver client revenues, net new assets, and net new lending business in line with the firm’s strategy.
  • Act as Accountable Client Owner, ensuring full compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Client (KYC), and regulatory standards.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and client-impacting developments relevant to private equity professionals.
Your skills and experience
  • Educated to bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification / industry experience.
  • Regulatory certification in the United Kingdom to a level 4 RDR (Retail Distribution Review) minimum or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated industry experience, ideally working with private equity professionals and financial sponsors.
  • Good understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including but not limited to applicable confidentiality / secrecy / data protection regulations and cross border rules where relevant.
  • Expertise to source and onboard new clients in the Wealth Management space.
