The Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Wealth Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will determine new financial products for Plum and work with customers data to optimise asset allocation. You will play a key part in promoting Plum user’s experience by increasing understanding and best adoption of Plum’s products.

What you’ll be doing
  • Determine new financial products to launch as Plum to maximise the return tax-efficiently for customers.
  • Combine information from customers profile and their personal needs & goals to derive their asset allocation based on their personal circumstances
  • Evolve giving financial guidance to customers at scale at Plum across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Work collaboratively with the product organisation to determine the roadmap for Wealth
  • Enhance the understanding of Plum users on financial products and recommending optimisations to meet clients' evolving financial goals with efficiency
  • Ensure that all financial advisory activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Offer guidance on tax-efficient investment and financial planning strategies to minimise tax liabilities.
  • Provide advice on strategies for preserving and growing customers’ wealth, including diversification and asset allocation.
What we’re looking for
  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management, investment manager or similar financial advisory or advisory operations roles
  • An analytical mindset capable of conducting thorough financial analyses and identifying opportunities within client portfolios
  • Have relevant licenses and abilities to give advice to end customers (not something you will be doing at Plum)
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and financial planning
  • Experience with client relationship management software and financial modelling tools is a plus
