Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintaining water sports equipment.
• Experience with metalwork, woodwork, and painting.
• Qualified as a RYA Dinghy Instructor or Windsurf Instructor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair water sports equipment.
• Assist management in keeping the fleet maintained.
• Organize repairs and keep maintenance area tidy.

Skills

Background knowledge of water sports equipment

Basic skills in metalwork, woodwork and painting

Fibre glassing skills

Driving License

RYA Dinghy Instructor or Windsurf Instructor qualification (desired)

Qualification in boat building (desired)

Powerboat Level 2 (desired)
