Profile

Our client is a highly reputable water treatment/ legionella industry provider striving to deliver high‑quality service to industrial and commercial clients across the UK. They are recruiting a commercially driven and dynamic Water Treatment Sales Manager to cover the South East region. The ideal candidate will hold strong knowledge of the water treatment/ legionella industry, particularly industrial water systems, and have a proven track record of overseeing management teams, developing new and existing contracts, B2B sales and strategic development to ensure year‑on‑year sales growth. For the right candidate, the company can offer a long‑term career development path.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of the water hygiene/ legionella industry including steam boilers, closed systems and cooling tower accounts.
  • Experience managing, growing, and developing new and existing accounts.
  • Come from a strong chemical, sales, commercial and accounts background.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Role
  • Managing, growing and developing new and existing accounts.
  • Selling the company’s water treatment/hygiene service.
  • Preparing quotes and tenders.
  • Managing cooling towers, steam boilers and hot and cold‑water systems.
  • Achieving and maintaining targets.
