We work with an established and successful water treatment company that delivers a wide range of technical water treatment services to long-standing national contracts. They are looking for a hard‑working, commercially focused Water Treatment Sales/Accounts Manager based in the Leeds area. The successful candidate will have experience managing and growing a mixed portfolio of cooling towers, steam boilers and closed‑system accounts, and will be based in Leeds or the surrounding towns (Worksop, Bradford, Doncaster, Wakefield, Rotherham).

Qualifications & experience
  • Good educational, management, accounts, sales, and business development background.
  • Working knowledge of the water treatment industry.
  • Experience managing a varied portfolio of cooling tower, steam boiler and closed‑system accounts.
  • Previous experience in a water treatment sales role (essential).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent with the Microsoft Office package.
Role & responsibilities
  • Sell the company’s services nationwide, generating new business leads while also managing existing accounts.
  • Meet, and where possible exceed, sales targets.
  • Promote the company’s water hygiene and water treatment services and products.
  • Engage with the KPIs and report performance to management.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Support staff to ensure targets are met and maintained.
  • Liaise with management and attend meetings as required.
