Water Treatment Manager – South East

We are currently seeking an ambitious, self‑driven Water Treatment Manager for a top player in the water treatment/water hygiene market. Based in the South East, the role will involve nationwide travel with preference for candidates from Milton Keynes, Stevenage, St Albans, London and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the site staff, setting up and maintaining management systems.
  • Train and coach staff and consultants, ensuring all work meets Health & Safety procedures.
  • Run contracts, providing high‑level quotations and tenders.
  • Liaise with clients at all levels, developing new business leads.
Qualifications
  • Strong technical/chemical/operational/sales background with proven track record in water treatment/water hygiene industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the water treatment industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), organisational and people‑management skills.
