Job Title: Water Treatment / Hygiene Administrator.
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester
Salary / Benefits £22k – £26k + Benefits

Our client is a forward-thinking water treatment company, who provides the full range of water treatment / hygiene and legionella services to clients throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for a switched on and self‑motivated Water Treatment / Hygiene Administrator to join their busy office. The successful candidate will hold previous / current experience working for a water company and will be well‑rehearsed in scheduling site staff, liaising with clients and booking / coordinating works.

Consideration will be given to candidates based in; Manchester, Sale, Altrincham, Warrington, Runcorn, Widnes, Wigan, Leigh, St Helens, Bolton, Chorley and the surrounding areas.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Will have previous / current experience working for water treatment company.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to multi‑task and carry out administrative duties effectively.
  • Good knowledge of the water treatment and water hygiene sector.
The Role
  • Responsible for coordinating works, across a mixed portfolio of sites.
  • Scheduling site staff on a national scale.
  • Uploading and managing engineers / risk assessor reports and sending to clients.
  • Liaising with clients regarding works and answering any associated queries.
  • Maintain and update the database systems.
  • Provide quotations for remedial works carried out.
  • Provide technical help to customers and staff.
