Job Description

This successful and well-established water treatment company is currently looking to recruit an experienced Water Treatment Engineer based in and around the Leicester area. Applications will be considered from Loughborough, Nuneaton, Corby, Grantham and surrounding areas.

Qualifications & experience

• Strong water hygiene / water treatment background
• Previous experience in the water treatment / water hygiene industry
• Good working knowledge of water treatment industry/legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Role

• Cover various contracts: residential, commercial, industrial properties
• Disinfection of mains water systems, tank cleans and descales, tank replacement, remedial work, flushing systems, water softeners, etc.
• Monitor client air and water systems, ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation
• Carry out cleaning and chlorination on hot and cold water systems and cooling towers
• Temperature monitoring, routine sampling and water analysis
• Interpret results; maintain and install dosing systems, closed circuits, etc.
• Provide accurate reports and maintain paperwork
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
