Job Title: Water Hygiene / Treatment Engineer

Experience / Qualifications

• Must have experience working as a Water Hygiene / Treatment Engineer within a Water / Legionella company.
• Excellent understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 compliance standards.
• Will have experience working across a mixed portfolio of client sites, including commercial, local authority, public sector and domestic.
• Good written ability.
• It would be beneficial to hold experience leading on projects, but this is not essential.
• Comfortable using IT software.
• Hardworking attitude.

The Role

• Travelling across client sites to undertake ACOP L8 compliance duties.
• Showerhead descales.
• Water sampling.
• Temperature monitoring.
• Acid descales.
• TMV servicing and repairs.
• Calorifier inspections.
• Cleans & disinfections on cold water storage tanks.
• Sampling from closed systems.
• Inspections, cleans and disinfections on cooling towers.
• Updating logbooks and keeping accurate records of works completed.
• Great further training opportunities.
