Job summary

An industry leader in Water Treatment located in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Water Hygiene / Remedial Engineer. Responsibilities include routine water sampling, cleaning systems, and maintaining water safety standards. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in water hygiene, relevant qualifications, and a full driving license. This role requires consistent travel across various commercial and industrial sites.

Qualifications

• Experience working within the Water Hygiene / Water Treatment industry, ideally as an engineer.
• Able to prioritise workload in line with company/client needs.
• Experience in softener installations / reverse osmosis is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring.
• Cleaning and chlorination of cooling towers and water storage tanks.
• RPZ valve maintenance, service, and replacement.
