Job description
  • Discipline: Water Treatment Engineer/Risk Assessor

Our client a well-established and successful water treatment/hygiene company which provides a variety of professional and quality services to clients nationwide and they are now looking to employ a reliable and competent Water Hygiene Engineer / Legionella Risk Assessor to work on a variety of contracts in and around the Wolverhampton area. The company would consider experience water hygiene engineer who are looking to build upon they risk assessing experience. Applications from Birmingham, Coventry, Warwick, and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office package.
  • A good working knowledge of the water treatment industry.
  • Ideally have a city & guilds or WMSoc legionella risk assessor qualification.
Role:
  • Monitoring the client’s air and water systems, ensuring they comply with the current Health & Safety legislation.
  • Carrying out cleaning, disinfection and chlorination on both hot and cold-water systems and cooling towers.
  • Undertake temperature monitoring, routine sampling, and interpreting results.
  • Legionella and TVC sampling.
  • Servicing TMVs.
  • Maintaining a professional working relationship with clients.
