Profile

Our client is a well-established name within the environmental industry, holding a national presence and working hard to provide their clients with the full range of water hygiene services. They are now looking to take on an enthusiastic and diligent Water Hygiene Engineer based in and around the Chelmsford area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the water hygiene industry, carrying out CWST tank cleans, chemical dosing and analysis on closed systems.

Harlow, Hertford, North London, Maldon, Bishop’s Stortford, Stevenage, Enfield, Brentwood, Cheshunt, Ilford, Romford, St Albans, Hatfield.

Experience & Qualifications

• Must have good working knowledge of health and safety legislations that are relevant to water hygiene.
• Will have extensive experience working within the water hygiene industry, ideally within an engineer role.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office.

The Role

• Undertaking temperature monitoring.
• Carrying out routine water sampling as well as analysis on closed systems and chemical dosing.
• Undertaking CWST tank cleans.
• Using information from site to create detailed reports for clients.
• Ensuring that all works are being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety / ACOP L8 guidelines.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
