A water efficiency services provider in the UK is seeking a Water Efficiency Services Co-ordinator to support the delivery of Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) services. This full-time role, based in Peterborough or Durham, involves managing service delivery and contractor performance while ensuring outstanding customer service. Successful candidates will demonstrate experience in contractor management and possess strong IT skills. As part of our dynamic service delivery team youll work closely with colleagues across the business customers and contractors to coordinate the delivery of national Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) services.

As AMR Coordinator you be responsible for preparing and presenting AMR proposals offering expert advice on solutions and delivery methods while supporting account managers. Youll manage our nationwide AMR portfolio coordinating installations maintenance and contractor performance to meet service standards.
Youll handle customer queries ensure accurate billing and data integration and monitor KPIs to maintain portfolio performance. Youll also oversee contract renewals and invoicing track profitability and proactively identify upsell opportunities through data analysis and customer engagement.
