Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of wastewater planning and UK legislation.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels and deliver under pressure.
• Technical expertise in sewage treatment, including capacity, growth, environmental and asset health.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management strategies for sewage treatment assets.
• Secure funding and create compelling business cases for the WINEP programme.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the PR29 business plan.
• Provide strategic oversight, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Lead and mentor a small team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Represent the team with regulators and industry groups.
