Overview

A growing niche specialist Waste Management consultancy is looking to hire 2 Business Development Managers due to growth. You must have waste management sales experience to be considered. This is a remote role, and you can be based anywhere in the UK. The business is owned by a larger recycling/commodities group and is growing in revenues and headcount year on year.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Waste Management sector with a focus on long sales cycles and minimal leads.
  • Provide true saving and efficiency findings for clients across the country, primarily within Manufacturing markets.
  • Engage with a range of stakeholders and decision makers, including facilities managers, estates managers, finance directors and business owners, procurement teams, health and safety teams, and environmental directors.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales results within Waste Management (e.g., trade, TWM, hazardous waste, etc.).
  • Highly numerate with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Experience selling WM services and interacting with the typical decision makers listed above.
Compensation

Salary range is dependent on experience, with a basic in the range of 45,000 to 70,000, plus a strong bonus scheme and development opportunities. OTE is 80,000 to 100,000 per year. This is a remote role; candidates must have WM experience to be considered.
