  • Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs, refurbishments, and overhauls
  • Inspect, fault-find, and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Write clear reports on product findings
  • Support customers with returns and technical queries
  • Work closely with the Quality Team to share insights and improvements
  • Provide occasional on-site support when needed
Qualifications

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Soldering skills (a bonus!)
  • Computer literacy — SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Great organisational skills with attention to detail
  • A flexible, proactive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Get
  • Training and development opportunities to grow your skills
  • A supportive, collaborative team environment
  • A varied role with both workshop-based and occasional on-site work

If you're looking for a role where you can use your technical skills, grow your experience, and be part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you
