The working hours are shifts, on a rotational basis:

Monday to Friday

04:45 to 13:15

13:45 to 21:15

20:45 to 05:15

Pay, benefits and more:

Salary up to £13.60 per hour, with an additional £2.73 per hour when working between 1800-0600. We offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), with options to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Lead a team of warehouse operatives safely, efficiently, and in compliance with site policies and procedures.
• Supervise operations, motivate, and encourage the team to perform at their best.
• Understand customer requirements, update on orders, and provide feedback as needed.
• Maintain productivity reports, identify improvements.
• Coordinate contractor calls as required.
• Support incident investigations.
• Ensure all processes and procedures are followed to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
