  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety standards.
  • Ability to work the shift pattern of 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Manage and lead a small team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure team members are competent and confident in their roles.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure all supplies and equipment are available and in good condition.
  • Handle any issues or conflicts that arise within the team promptly and effectively.
