WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR – BASINGSTOKE

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Team Lead to join our busy client based in central Basingstoke area.

Successful candidates must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift certificate and have supervisory or team leader experience.

Salary: £31,000 to £34,000

Hours: Start times: 6:30am (10‑hour shifts), working 4 days per week (totaling a 40‑hour working week). Successful candidates will be required to work alternate weekends.

What would be the main responsibilities?

You would be working within a small team, in a high‑pressure and busy role. Each individual team helps to ensure the smooth running of the company’s operations, so you would be playing an important and integral role in the whole logistics process. You will be overseeing daily operations and ensuring all health and safety measures are met.
