Overview

Warehouse Stock Clerk – Corby. Earn £12.80 to £19.77 per hour. Full-time role with an immediate start. This position is with a client that is one of the UK's leading mail and parcel distribution companies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier bookings and allocate inbound loads to appropriate bays
  • Verify incoming shipments against delivery documentation and ensure accurate WMS updates
  • Notify customers of any supplier non-conformance or delivery discrepancies (DDAs)
  • Confirm all pallets are received and put away correctly for each load
  • Coordinate with receivers and MHE operators to ensure smooth inbound flow
  • Resolve inbound-related queries within 24 hours
  • Allocate and wave orders for dispatch
  • Manage outbound collection bookings and assign vehicles to bays
  • Communicate order cancellations to customers and process them in the system
  • Ensure emergency orders are fulfilled on time and in full
  • Investigate and resolve stock issues related to outbound operations
  • This role may require other duties; flexibility and willingness to learn new skills are beneficial.
Requirements
  • At least 3 months of related experience in a stock control type role
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language and good mathematical skills (basic maths; understanding of ratios and percentages)
  • UK resident and able to travel to and from the site for shifts
  • No visa applications or relocation assistance available
Hours

Full-time hours with rotational shifts. The client offers rotational shifts; discuss options with the Recruitment team.
