Overview

Pay Rate: £42,000
Grade: L
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Days 06:00 - 14:00 then 14:00 - 22:00 Rotational shifts
Location: Stanford Le Hope SS17 9FF

What you'll do
  • Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements across the site
  • Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members
  • Take proactive approach to ensure housekeeping is managed and maintained to goods manufacturing practice
  • Facilitate effective communication - verbally and written
  • Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced, all staff to be briefed with all updates and changes
  • Work in collaboration with Line Manager to ensure all training needs are completed in line with DHL standard
  • Effective communication with team and customers (written and verbally)
