Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join their team in Coventry. In this role, you will ensure the safe storage and presentation of products while assisting with logistics operations. Key responsibilities include operating forklifts, picking and packing orders, and maintaining warehouse performance standards. Candidates should have proven warehousing experience, a forklift licence, and strong attention to detail. A good understanding of ERP/WMS systems is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proven warehousing experience and familiarity with standard warehouse practices.
• Comfortable using scanners and ERP/WMS systems.
• Automotive or defence sector experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely store and present products in line with company procedures.
• Operate forklifts accurately; high reach, Bendi and order picker experience desirable.
• Pick, pack and palletise work orders, global transfer orders and sales orders.
