Temporary contract: Ongoing
Working Hours: 10am-6:15pm (possible overtime available)

The position is based in the warehouse of a global pharmaceutical company near Horsham. The role requires working according to documented procedures/standards to complete duties within specified times and meet customer requirements. This is a fast-paced role demanding high productivity and accuracy, with a focus on quality, product integrity, and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Work safely and maintain a safe working environment.
• Goods In duties – Receive, inspect, evaluate documentation, and input data into relevant systems.
• Handle all items in accordance with regulations.
• Goods Out duties – Coordinate with courier companies.
• Picking activities – Select items based on documentation, using RFI guns, with care and accuracy.
• Packing activities – Pack orders per regulations and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with other departments.
• Follow all SOPs, reporting issues or deviations immediately.
• Good command of English (verbal & written).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of Good Distribution Practice or warehouse experience.
• Able to perform physical tasks safely.

Own transport is essential as public transport is unavailable.
