A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT License. This role involves managing stock efficiently, operating forklifts, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Operate FLT: Safely operate forklifts (reach) to load, unload, move, stack, and relocate goods, pallets, and cargo within the warehouse.
• Load and Unload Vehicles: Load and unload vehicles (vans, lorries) with freight, ensuring accurate handling and secure stowage.
• Light Van Driving: Drive company vans for local collections, deliveries, or transfers of goods (no HGV required).
• Incoming Shipments: Receive, check, and process incoming shipments, ensuring goods are accurately labeled, stored, and organized in designated areas.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customs/logistics standards.
• Warehouse Duties: Perform general warehouse tasks such as inventory checks, housekeeping, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
• Space Optimization: Optimize space utilization within the warehouse, contributing to efficient workflow and organization.
