Job summary

A well-known automotive company in Lutterworth is seeking car parts pickers for a long-term role. Candidates will work in two shifts, with a pay rate of £12.32 per hour and additional overtime. Job description

We are seeking car parts pickers to join a well-known automotive company.

This is a long-term ongoing role with two shift patterns available:

  • Morning Shift: 07:30 am to 15:30 pm, Monday to Wednesday; 07:30 am to 15:00 pm on Thursday and Friday.
  • Afternoon Shift: 12:30 pm to 20:30 pm, Monday to Wednesday; 12:30 pm to 20:00 pm on Thursday and Friday.

The pay rate is £12.32 per hour. Overtime is paid at time and a half after 39 hours (at £18.48). On the afternoon shift there is a shift allowance of £43.18, paid weekly. Breaks are paid.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver KPI targets (productivity, quality, GIR, Health and Safety).
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and support the team leader and the area’s operations.
  • Learn and operate MHE regularly once trained.
  • Achieve business objectives and individual targets in productivity and quality while ensuring a safe working environment.

Successful candidates should ideally have previous knowledge of warehouse operations, but a full 12‑week paid training programme is provided.

  • Ability to learn and operate MHE.
