Overview

Warehouse Operative - Night Shift
Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth

Hourly Rate: £14.32 p/h
Shift Pattern: 22:00 - 06:00, Sunday to Thursday

Full training is provided. Own transport is required due to site location.

Omnia Resourcing is a leading provider of logistics and distribution solutions serving clients across various industries. We are currently recruiting a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative (Decanting) to join our client’s night shift team in Magna Park, Lutterworth.

Responsibilities

• Decant stock from pallets, cages, or containers into smaller units or picking locations
• Check, count, and record stock accurately in line with company procedures
• Use basic computer systems to update stock movements and locations
• Work independently to meet accuracy and productivity targets
• Communicate effectively with team members and shift leaders
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times

Requirements

• Good numeracy and communication skills
• Ability to work using own initiative with minimal supervision
• Basic computer knowledge for stock recording and system updates
• Previous warehouse or stock control experience desirable but not essential
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
• Flexibility to work night shift pattern (Sunday to Thursday)
• Own transport is required due to limited public transport options
