Job Summary

Micheldever Tyres is looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative - Lates to be responsible for picking orders, loading and unloading vehicles, and putting stock away. The role involves manual handling, heavy lifting duties, and occasional Van or Forklift Truck driving duties.

• Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday 15:00 to 00:30

About the role:

• Ensure all goods received and sent out are checked for faults and reported as required.
• Maintain high levels of stock accuracy during audits, communicating discrepancies or issues.
• Ensure efficient and accurate movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Load outbound vehicles safely and properly, following instructions and legislation.
• Put away received stock correctly and process goods for dispatch according to customer and DC requirements.

About you:

• Reliable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and good teamwork skills.
• Understanding of workplace Health & Safety and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment preferred; Forklift licence (Counterbalance or Reach Truck) is advantageous but not essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
