What You’ll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be a key part of the parcel journey:

• Loading and unloading parcels from trailers
• Moving parcels through the warehouse safely and efficiently
• Operating mechanised parcel sorting equipment
• Sorting up to 40,000 items with your team during a single shift
• Ensuring every parcel – big or small – is handled with care and reaches its destination on time

What We’re Looking For

Pay rates & Shifts

The pay rates are for Parcelforce site roles and are payable for your shift when the shift description criteria are met. Rates may change during busy periods and Angard Staffing will communicate any changes in advance.

  • Mon – Sat Days (06:00 – 22:00): £12.21
  • Mon – Sat Nights (22:00 – 06:00): £14.73
  • Bank Holiday (All Day): £14.73
• 13-26 Weeks service
  • Mon – Sat Days (06:00 – 22:00): £12.69
  • Mon – Sat Nights (22:00 – 06:00): £15.35
  • Bank Holiday (All Day): £26.81
• 27 Weeks service onwards
  • Mon – Sat Days (06:00 – 22:00): £13.94
  • Mon – Sat Nights (22:00 – 06:00): £16.60
  • Bank Holiday (All Day): £26.81
