Job summary

A leading logistics company in Worsley is seeking warehouse staff to handle the pick, pack, and dispatch of goods for UK and export. The role involves face-to-face customer service, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring effective stock replenishment across warehouses. Candidates should have a clean driving licence and preferably hold Counter Balance and Reach Truck licenses. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and dispatch goods for UK and export.
• Support customer deliveries using company vehicle.
• Perform face-to-face customer service at the trade counter.
• Assist with stock and transfer replenishments across warehouses.
• Unload containers, check, palletise, strap, label, and put away goods.

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Pick/Pack and dispatch of goods - UK and Export

May be asked to help/support with customer deliveries in company vehicle from time to time

Trade Counter - Face to face Customer Services

Stock/ Transfer replenishment across our 3 warehouses

Assisting Goods In when asked upon - Unloading of 250 - 300 containers p/a, which can take between 2.30 - 3 hours, which also includes: Checking, palletising, strapping, labelling and put away.

General knowledge of Company Health & Safety policies

Manual Lifting/ large and heavy goods

Housekeeping and General Organization

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to communicate effectively with Customers and other Co-Workers.

Ability to function well as part of a team.

Qualifications, Education, Skills, and Experience

Counter Balance License (preferable) - In-house training provided

Reach Truck License (preferable) - In-house training provided

Full Clean British Driving Licence

Basic Numeracy, Literacy and computer skills

Experience of working in a Warehouse environment

WORKING HOURS

08.30 - 17.00 Monday - Friday (30 minutes for Lunch)

Maybe asked to work additional hours when asked upon
