Overview

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client's distribution centre dealing with white goods. Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Darlington.

Pay and Hours
  • Days £12.60 per hour
  • Nights £14.66 per hour

Overtime is available and is paid at:

  • Days £18.90 per hour
  • Nights £21.99 per hour

This is a full-time role working either rotating shifts or fixed nights. The hours of work are:

  • 6am to 2pm
  • 2pm to 10pm
  • 10pm to 6am
Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

  • White Goods - heavy lifting involved
  • Picking using A LOLOP
  • Picking washing machines, dryers, fridge freezers, flat pack furniture, sofas, TVs, etc.
  • Returns - booking in stock, checking for damage, repacking
  • Loading and unloading trailers
  • Opportunities to be upskilled to reach truck driver
  • Drug and Alcohol test will be completed during the registration as standard

Experience in similar role desirable, but not essential.
