Overview

Our client, a trailblazer in the FMCG industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join their team in Paddock Wood.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading vehicles and receiving and inspecting goods
• Sort and place materials on racks and shelves
• Schedule and pick customer and production orders
• Pack customer orders to an exceptional standard
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Assist with inventory audits and maintain a minimum of 98% stock accuracy
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company procedures
• Use a PC and a handheld scanner for data input and communicate with other departments
• Maintain KPIs and operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks

• Flexibility and prioritisation skills

• Forklift Truck experience would be advantageous
• Computer literate
• Stock control experience

Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8 am-4 pm with benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, reward and recognition programme, free parking and an extra day off on your birthday.
