Overview

We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our most prestigious client, a mail sortation and transportation business. We have an ongoing need for Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Middleton. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading parcels, with a focus on efficiency and safety. Heavy lifting is required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parcels from vehicles and containers.
• Operate PPT trucks (training provided).
• Ensure accuracy in sorting and handling packages.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Schedule

16:00-00:00 or 23:00-08:30am

Pay rate

• £12.21 per hour for any hours worked before 22:00
• £13.73 per hour for any hours worked after 22:00
• Paid weekly

Our client delivers many types of parcels and some of those parcels can be larger parcels and that means there\'s a physical element to the role. This means you\'ll need to be comfortable loading and unloading trailers and lifting and carrying parcels.
