Overview

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client's main distribution center, which deals with deliveries to shops. Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Speke.

Hours and Pay

The rate of pay is £12.21 to £13.49 per hour. Overtime is available and is paid at £2 on top of the hourly rate. This role offers both full and part-time positions working any 5 out of 7 on days, afternoons or nights.

Responsibilities

• Accepting deliveries and storing them, checking for damaged or missing items
• Order picking using a voice picker system
• Moving stock by hand or with machines
• Packing and loading goods for distribution
• Completing stock records accurately
• Hygiene duties

Please note that there will be some manual handling and lifting boxes up to 25kg.

Requirements

Our perfect worker will be reliable, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
