Overview

GI Group are recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join our team at a well-established client based in Bradford. The client is globally known for their advanced technology with innovative turbocharger technology, located in BD4 on the Euro-way industrial estate.

Shifts

All roles are 37.5 hours per week. Mids: Monday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm / Fridays 12:30pm to 7pm. Rate: £14.40 per hour – after 12 weeks £14.84 per hour and after 26 weeks £15.27 per hour. Subject to satisfactory reviews.

Duties
  • Working as part of a team in multiple departments across the warehouse / Despatch / decant and counting.
  • Previous goods in experience.
  • Face to face interaction with delivery drivers and booking them in.
  • Emailing internal departments with updates on stock arrival.
  • Counting stock on arrival and checking off with delivery notes.
  • Applying dispatch labels against corresponding stock.
  • Ensuring stock is ready for dispatch on time.
Requirements
  • You will have experience in a despatch or goods in environment.
  • Experience using SAP system.
  • Experience with sending professional emails internally.
  • Have access to your own vehicle to be able to commute to and from work due to location and shift.
  • Be flexible in which department you work in daily.
  • Open to additional training.

All candidates will need to be subject to a successful drugs screening, which will take place at point of interview and will take around 30 minutes. Due to AEO Referencing in place, GI Group must be able to reference you for the last 12 months.
