Warehouse Operative

Location: Doncaster, Permanent, Fulltime 7am - 5pm Mon - Fri

Salary: c£34,476 plus Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful warehouse operative to work with the Doncaster site of a worldwide supplier within the construction sector where the Warehouse Operative will be involved in the following:

1. Carry out various warehouse tasks such as picking with scanners, checking, packing stock for customers/clients
2. Re-labelling and re-packing stock
3. Stock control
4. Dealing with inbound deliveries & outbound collections
5. Replenishing stock & Recycling duties
6. Manual handling
7. Housekeeping and all other general warehouse duties

Within this role, you will be joining the Doncaster site of a nationwide supplier who has been established for over 40 years and has gained and maintained a reputation for excellence. Working directly with the warehouse manager, this role offers variety daily and supports the account managers in locating and relocating products for customers.

Warehouse Operative Requirements:

1. Have experience of picking with scanners
2. Candidates must have a Bendi licence
3. Previous FLT experience
4. Computer literate
5. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
6. Ability to work without close supervision
7. Ability to prioritise tasks and workload
8. Thorough and with good attention to detail
