We are currently recruiting for full-time, permanent, Warehouse Operative to join us at our Willand site, supporting our customer, Howdens. From receiving and storing products to picking, packing, and dispatching orders you will be involved in all aspects of our warehouse operations.

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 22:00 to 06:00.

As a Warehouse Operative, there’s lots that we can offer you:

  • An hourly rate of £14.34, that an annual salary of £29,829.70
  • Overtime pay at time and a half, paid over 40hrs
  • 28 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

What you’ll do on a typical day:
  • Engage in various warehouse activities, including picking and despatching customer orders as well as loading and unloading trailers
  • Ensure quality is of the highest standards and all stock is handled with care, so it arrives at our customers in perfect condition
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures around the warehouse and help promote a culture of this - Safety is one of our core values
  • Provide key support to the site and take on any tasks that may be needed to help with the smooth running of the operation
