Warehouse Operative - AM/PM Rotational Shift | Coatbridge | £12.21 per hour

The Best Connection are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Coatbridge on a temporary, ongoing basis. This role involves a two‑week rotating shift pattern, Monday to Friday, supporting warehouse operations across both early and late shifts.

Working Hours (Monday - Friday)

• Weeks 1 & 2: 05:00 - 13:30
• Weeks 3 & 4: 13:30 - 22:00
  (Then rotation repeats)

Pay: £12.21 per hour (paid weekly every Friday)

Key Responsibilities

AM Shift Duties (05:00 - 13:30)

• Unloading trailers
• Breaking down and splitting pallets into bays
• Order picking using pick sheets and handheld scanners
• General warehouse tasks as required

PM Shift Duties (13:30 - 22:00)

• Wrapping pallets
• Loading pallets onto vans
• Ensuring all items are loaded safely and correctly
• Heavy lifting involved

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts
• Driving licence preferred (for moving vans on site if needed)
• Warehouse experience
