Job description

Join a team built on trust, commitment, and collaboration.

The Role

As Warehouse Operations Manager, you’ll lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team across multiple warehouse departments. Your mission: to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations while driving continuous improvement.

You’ll be hands-on, visible, and results-driven — the kind of leader who thrives under pressure and inspires those around them.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and motivate warehouse teams to hit performance KPIs and deliver operational excellence.

  • Manage workflows, shift patterns, and resources to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Champion Health & Safety, embedding best practice and a culture of accountability.

  • Use lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools to identify and fix inefficiencies.

  • Communicate clearly across all levels — from the warehouse floor to senior leadership.

  • Train, coach, and develop your team to unlock potential and build future leaders.

What We’re Looking For

We’re especially keen to hear from military service leavers with logistics or warehousing backgrounds. If you’ve led teams, managed operations under pressure, and kept people safe while delivering results — you already have what it takes.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Proven leadership in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing (military or civilian).

  • Knowledge of lean operations, 5S, and Health & Safety protocols.

  • Confident decision-making and problem-solving under pressure.

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communicator with the ability to motivate and develop others.

  • Automation experience (desirable).
