Overview

Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for operational excellence? We re partnering with a forward-thinking manufacturing business seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and inspire their warehouse team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.


As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day warehouse operations, leading a team of supervisors and operatives to deliver against key performance indicators. Your focus will be on operational efficiency, safety, and maintaining the highest levels of stock accuracy and integrity. This is a leadership role with the opportunity to shape and influence the warehouse's future.



Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and warehouse operatives to meet operational goals.

  • Implement and maintain effective workflows, SOPs, and KPIs to drive efficiency and performance.

  • Ensure high levels of stock accuracy and inventory integrity through robust controls and regular audits.

  • Champion and deliver continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing productivity and service levels.

  • Uphold and embed 5S principles across the warehouse to maintain a clean, organised, and efficient environment.

  • Manage all aspects of Health & Safety, ensuring full compliance with legal and company standards.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence throughout the team.



What We re Looking For


  • Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role within a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.

  • Experience with automation/automatic picking would be advantageous.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and Health & Safety regulations.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, implement performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

  • A hands-on, proactive approach with excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • Experience with WMS/MRP and relevant IT systems.
