A prominent charity organization in London is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor. This role involves leading a stockroom team, coordinating stock movements, and maintaining a safe working environment. Are you an experienced team leader or supervisor in retail or hospitality, looking to progress further into a management role? We’re looking for a Warehouse supervisor to join one of our retail home store teams, where your organisational skills and proactive approach will make a crucial contribution to selling our preloved items.
Our Warehouse Managers work alongside the management team to deliver key objectives and ensure that the store drives stock in and out to generate sales. You will react to fast changing situations quickly and positively by creating a safe & productive working environment.
Each day is different in this varied, fast paced and hands on role. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries and donations, it is physically demanding, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life saving research.
Support and lead the warehouse/stockroom team in a fast-paced retail environment; coordinate stock movements to drive sales; maintain a safe, productive working environment; respond quickly and positively to changing situations.
Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
This position is full time working 35 hours per week including weekends on a rota basis
