Overview

Forklift/Warehouse Operative (Forklift experience required) – Temp to Perm – Wellingborough – Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm

GBP13.55 per hour

About the Role

I am recruiting for a reliable and self-motivated Warehouse Operator to join my clients team in Wellingborough. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, be comfortable working at heights, and have a strong understanding of pick, pack, and dispatch processes. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Perform pick, pack, and dispatch duties with accuracy.
• Use handheld scanners and computers for inventory tracking.
• Label cartons and re-stack pallets as required.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure warehouse safety standards are met.

Key Requirements

• Forklift license and experience. (Can be trained in house where required).
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Experience with pick, pack, and dispatch operations.
• Confident using handheld scanners and computers.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
