Warehouse Delivery Driver
  • Annual Salary: £25,896
  • Location: Routes between Oxford, Reading, London, and Milton Keynes
  • Job Type: Full-time Mondays to Fridays from 8am to 5pm, with 30mins lunch and early 4pm finish on Fridays!

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Delivery Driver to handle up to 9 deliveries per day using a 3.5 tonne vehicle. This role is ideal for someone experienced in driving large vans, particularly in London, and who is comfortable with manual handling as some heavy lifting is involved. The role also includes warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and serving customers at the trade counters.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct up to 9 deliveries per day across specified routes (Oxford, Reading, London, Milton Keynes).
  • Load and unload the van efficiently, ensuring safe transport of goods.
  • Use a phone-based delivery system to track and complete delivery tasks.
  • Provide cover for warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and serving at trade counters.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience driving large vans, with a strong preference for candidates who have driven in London.
  • Physical fitness to manage manual handling tasks including loading and unloading goods.
  • Ability to use technology for delivery tracking and communication.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members.
