• Leading day‑to‑day despatch operations to ensure vlieorders are picked, packed, and shipped on time
• Managing and developing warehouse teams Hydro across multiple functions.
• Overseeing goods‑out processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service
• Maintaining stock integrity through effective systems use and regular checks
• Driving continuous improvement across workflow, productivity, and safety
• Working closely with production, customer service, and the wider logistics teams to keep operations running smoothly
